Fox & Staniland practice in all areas of family law. Our emphasis is on providing personal service to our clients. Fox & Staniland was one of the first firms to gain the Law Society’s Best Practice certification in 1999 and again was one of the first to be awarded certification for the next several years.
We have successfully represented clients in parenting, property, de facto relationships, spouse maintenance and child support applications, Hague convention matters, as well as matters involving relocation of children and applications to the Court for enforcement of orders. Our family law team regularly practises in the Federal Magistrates Court, the Family Court of Australia, the Supreme Court of New South Wales, and District and Local Courts.
